Welcome to Cheltenham Stay

Are you coming from abroad to study in Cheltenham as an international student? We're sure we can provide you with comfortable accommodation that will fit your budget and where you'll feel at home.

Are you going to do an internship in Cheltenham? We realise interns have a limited budget but require convenient, good accommodation. We can provide you with quality accommodation for the duration of your internship. Stays during the Summer are possible. Arrivals in July and early August are welcome.

We provide homestay, self-catering stays and room lets for overseas students, young professionals and interns in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, England. Students arriving from abroad for post-graduate studies at Gloucestershire University (the University of Gloucestershire) are also welcome.

Two types of long stay accommodation

We provide two types of long stay accommodation: either catered accommodation or self-catering accommodation. Our catered accommodation is called "homestay". Homestay guests eat around the family table with us. The self-catered accommodation is a room let as a lodger with full kitchen facilities available.

Whether you take homestay or self-catering accommodation the house is serviced and monitored regularly to ensure it is a pleasant, clean and tidy environment for everyone staying to enjoy.

Registered Accommodation Provider

We are officially registered as providers of homestay accommodation and self-catering accommodation for overseas students with Gloucestershire College and Cheltenham International Language Centre (University of Gloucestershire) otherwise know as CILC. Currently the majority of the overseas students who stay with us come from those two English language study centres.

If you are planning on studying at one of those English language centres you may if you wish arrange to stay with us via the Accommodations Officer at those centres. Simply ask to be placed with "Simon and Ruth" when asking them to arrange accommodation for you.

Location of Cheltenham Stay

We are located within a 10 minute bus ride of Cheltenham town centre on the west side of Cheltenham.

For those coming by car we have are just 5 minutes from the M5 and we have parking.

If you are arriving by train, the rail station is conveniently close to us. We are less than a mile to the west of the railway station.

Places to visit

Staying in Cheltenham gives you the opportunity to visit some great places around the Cotswolds and Gloucestershire. This is an area with beautiful scenery and fascinating small towns. You can get to many places from Cheltenham by traveling on public transport.

We recommend taking a day trip to one or more of the following places: Broadway, Bourton-on-the-Water, Moreton-in-Marsh and Winchcombe.
