Price List for Rooms
The price list below gives the cost per week. A monthly price is calculated from that price. Payment is monthly in advance. Please ask us if you would like more detail about this. We are happy to provide a better stay rate if you are staying for a whole academic year. The price list for rooms is as follows:
- Single room with shared bathroom - £85 per week
- Double room with shared bathroom - £88 per week for one person
- Double room en-suite bathroom - £103.00 per week for one person
Information about booking a room
Booking is done via the Booking Form and the booking is secured as soon as we get an initial down payment. We do not require a security deposit.
The house is serviced and all utility bills are included in the price. Bed linen is provided if required. The price includes shared use of the fully equipped kitchen, utility room and living/dining room.
Apartment Price
The price for one week for our furnished, one bedroom apartment (fully inclusive of all bills, suitable for one person or one couple) is shown below. This is intended as a guide to the cost. A discount is available for long term stays so please request a price. We can also arrange Monday to Friday stays for people working away from home in the Cheltenham area. Please use the Contact page to request a price or for more information about the apartment.
The price below is not valid for the Cheltenham Festival Race week in March.
