Rooms to let
We are able to provide you with a room as a lodger in our house with use of the kitchen and dining room. These rooms are particularly likely to suit young professionals, international students and interns.
The minimum stay period is two weeks.
Our rooms
We have two types of rooms to let, pleasant singles and modern doubles. The doubles are with en-suite shower room and view of the Cotswold Hills. The singles have shared bathroom on the same floor.
The rooms are well furnished and comfortable. Each room has good hanging space, convenient chest of drawers and a writing table which is suitable also as a computer desk. We also provide each room with a laundry basket and a towel rack. The rooms have good lighting and there's central heating for the colder months of the year.
Most of our rooms have internet access. Internet access is either by WiFi (WLAN) or by network point (LAN). Of course, you will need to bring your laptop or notebook computer to take advantage of this.
Serviced
The communal areas of the house - such as the bathroom, living room and dining room - are cleaned regularly so that everyone in the house can enjoy a clean and tidy living environment. Of course, you have to clean up after yourself in the kitchen and dining room. Bed linen is provided or you can use your own. Laundry facilities are available to you.
Internet and utility bills are included in the rent. The house has central heating and this is regulated to give a comfortable living temperature at convenient times of the day.
So our rooms provide a form of self-catering accommodation that has distinct advantages over the regular way of renting a room. You know with us that your main living bills are all covered and you are assured of clean, tidy and homely surroundings at all times.
Location
Our home is in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, England and is conveniently located for getting to most study places - Inlingua, Gloucestershire College, University of Gloucestershire campus - and also the railway station and the town centre. Access to the M5 is easy from here.
Accommodation condition
Accommodation is provided on the understanding that you are on a full time study course or have a new job in the area or are on a work experience such as an internship.
